Park Rules & Regulations
Our Rules & Regulations are strictly enforced with no prejudice to ensure that everyone have a toon-tastic splashing good time!
Violating any of these Rules & Regulations may result in removal from the Park without refund.
Admission price to the Park includes rides, shows and attractions. Food, merchandise, photographs, and certain pay per use facilities are not included.
The Company reserves the right to inspect bags and belongings at any time. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.
Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Lockers are available for hire to store personal items. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Operating times of the Park and/or attractions and published show times may vary and may be affected by adverse weather conditions, breakdown or maintenance activity. There will be no refunds in such events.
No food or alcoholic or other beverages can be brought into the Park.. Alcoholic drinks cannot be taken onto rides or in any water feature. No one under age 20 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or use of any rides/attractions and may be removed from the Park without refund.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior, line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, or failure to follow ride instructions or instructions given by ride attendants/lifeguards are not tolerated and may result in removal from the Park without refund.
The following items are not permitted in the Park at any time:
- Unlawful drugs
- Folding chairs, barbeques or grills
- Glass bottles, knives or other weapons of any kind, large jewelry, fireworks and explosives
- Animals (save at the discretion of management for handicapped persons).
- Frisbees, balls , skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment posing a safety risk.
- The themed features in the Park and shows are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings by guests must be for personal non-commercial use only. The Company may film, videotape, or photograph guests on Park property for any reason without payment or consideration.
- Handheld cameras of any kind are not permitted on any attractions
Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date. Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Entry is only valid once a day.
Many rides are dynamic and extreme such as high speeds, steep drops, sharp turns, total darkness and other factors. There are inherent risks in using Park rides and attractions which you fully accept if you use them. You must also obey all oral and written warnings and instructions from Park staff and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply may be removed from the Park without refund.
Guests should carefully note the height and weight restrictions for each ride. Guests not in compliance with such restrictions will be refused use of relevant rides without refund.
Guests using attractions and rides must be in good health.
Pregnant women, guests with certain pre-existing health issues, casts, footwear, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects are not permitted on any water slides and attractions.
Guests should shower before entering any water feature.
Young children should be toileted prior to using any water feature. Small children must wear swimming nappies or tight bathers that will contain any toilet accidents.
Lifeguards and/or staff cannot be responsible for supervising children. Parents/guardians are responsible to actively supervise their children at all times.
Unaccompanied children below 14 years of age shall be refused entry to the Park.
Guests must sign a waiver before using Surfarena.
The Company will not be liable to any person for any loss of or damage to themselves or personal property caused by such person’s negligence or the inherent risks mentioned above.
